What is 'overlanding'?
Overlanding is an adventure holiday for anybody with passion for travel, and hunger for adventure. There is no age limit, but a reasonable level of fitness and a positive attitude is required to travel overland. In our opinion overlanding is the best ways to explore off the beaten track destination while still seeing all the main route attractions. It allows you to travel safely, in comfort and style while going to some amazing places normally difficult or impossible to reach if travelling independently or with most normal tours.
Imagine setting of on a grand adventure with group of like-minded people on a route travelled by a select few. The overland truck, which is our home, is self-sufficient allowing us the freedom to go almost anywhere we want. Imagine a big funky off road bus. We do some camping as we go, but there is a mix of hotels and small family run guesthouses as well. Camping if done right is comfortable and fun and allows us a huge amount of freedom.
Our group sizes are normally between 12-22 so there is always enough space for everybody. When overlanding everybody participates and this can be anything from helping the crew prepare a meal over the fire, to digging the truck out of the mud if we get stuck. All a lot of fun and the more you get involved the more you will enjoy yourself. Our local guides also show us the special little things that most other travellers miss as they travel.
